We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received upon arrival. As the first guests to check in at Hotel Vic, we were greeted with a celebratory glass of champagne. The location, being close to the train station, was incredibly convenient for our travels. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Despite some ongoing construction in certain areas, it did not disrupt our experience. The room design, while unconventional, added a unique touch to our stay. The comfortable beds and necessary amenities made our short visit enjoyable. we had a great time and would highly recommend Hotel Vic for its excellent location and friendly service.
Limitation: The self-check-in process was a bit challenging, with a faulty card reader requiring staff assistance.

Staying at this hotel was great! The location was really convenient for me, as it was just near the train station and many areas in the city center. Plus, it only took me 5-10 minutes to walk to different places I wanted to go to. The hotel facilities were also good, with clean rooms and great staff. Additionally, the hotel had a breakfast that was really tasty.

The room I shared with my partner on our romantic escape was comfortable with a modern design. the shower was spotless, and the beds were very comfy, which helped us enjoy our stay. the room offered key amenities that we enjoyed, such as Wi, Fi and air conditioning. We also loved the fact that the hotel was situated close to many local attractions and had a good view of the city from our room.
The hotel's self, check, in desks were quite impersonal, and staff were not available to assist us. the reception area was cold, drafty and poorly furnished with an uncomfortable reception desk for the staff.

Great location and newly-renovated facilities were great for our romantic escape. The proximity to transportation options and other attractions made it easy to get around and explore the city. the room itself was quite comfortable and modern, with impressive amenities and sleek décor.
There were a number of issues during our stay that detracted significantly from our experience. The check-in process was frustrating, and construction throughout the hotel made it feel unsafe and uninviting.

The specific situation that happened to me during my stay was the inconvenience of the self-check-in process. Despite some initial difficulties with the card reader at the reception, a helpful staff member promptly came to assist me.
